Please note that all products are made in small batches by hand, therefore your candle refill and pot may not be perfect in colour, and some variation to scents are to be expected amongst batches. If you are still not happy with your purchase. An exchange or refund will be accepted if the item is returned in its original packaging and unused. 

Please note you will need to contact us through the contact form on our website within 14 days of receiving the goods.

We will arrange a replacement or refund for you. Please note that with the exception of faulty items, we are unable to reimburse postage costs.
